The pace of change in construction technology has accelerated, and our team has been evolving right along with it.

During the early days building the award winning Thunderbolt Pipeline, my partner and I found that our our focus was always split. Part of the team was dedicated to expanding Thunderbolt Pipeline, our bid management platform built specifically for subcontractors. But at the same time, the rest of the group was focused on building and training Thunderbolt Predict, a machine learning system designed to forecast competitive and winning bid prices.

Throughout that process, we kept hearing the same question from clients. Could we also help with other software needs? Requests ranged from custom applications to AI-powered automation and system integrations aimed at improving preconstruction efficiency. At the time, our answer had to be no simply because our capacity was limited.
