Who do you work with?
Construction companies, including general contractors, specialty contractors, and companies that self-perform. Fit depends on the complexity of your operations and your priorities. If work is spread across teams and systems, with people filling the gaps by hand, we should talk. You do not need to fit a particular trade or revenue bracket.
What happens on the first call?
We spend 20 minutes discussing one operating problem, your systems, and your priorities. The call is free. We explain whether the Construction Intelligence Sprint is a useful next step and discuss scope and investment.
What do we get from the Sprint?
An executive kickoff, company-wide EverySeat interviews, an operational map, ranked opportunities, a first implementation or meaningful prototype, a 12-month roadmap, and an initial Construction Intelligence Engine foundation. Timing and implementation scope are agreed during scoping.
Are EverySeat and CIE part of working with you?
Yes. EverySeat powers company-wide discovery in the Sprint. CIE begins with the systems and knowledge touched during that work, then develops and expands through the ongoing Technology Partner Program.
Does EverySeat include field teams?
Yes. We plan participation across field, office, and leadership, with interviews adapted to each role. The kickoff sets the company-wide roster and participation plan. The focus is systems and workflows, not individual performance evaluation.
What happens after the Sprint?
The Technology Partner Program gives you a team to execute the roadmap. We join vendor demos, help evaluate software, support ERP migrations, implement improvements, and connect more operating information and knowledge into CIE.
How will we know the work is helping?
We agree a starting point and success measures for each workflow. That might mean time spent re-entering information, the time an approval waits, missing billing documentation, or how long it takes to answer an operating question. We review the results together and use them to choose the next priority.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
The Construction Intelligence Sprint is $15,000 regardless of company size, planned over 60 days from kickoff. We confirm scope, system access, and company-wide participation before starting. Ongoing technology partnerships start at $7,500/month, including CIE. Ongoing partnership scope and investment reflect your locations, systems, integration complexity, and pace of implementation. The Sprint price stays the same.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
We start with the systems you have and investigate where the gaps are. We agree the approach based on your priorities, available integration access, and what the evidence shows. A new tool is only useful if it improves the work.
How do you handle sensitive company information?
We agree access, response handling, and reporting expectations before work starts, and can sign your NDA. EverySeat focuses on workflows and systems. CIE capabilities and access are agreed as each part is implemented.
What is a Technology Firm of Record for a construction company?
It is an ongoing technology relationship with a firm that understands how your company operates. Just as you turn to your accountant or lawyer for decisions in their area, you have a technology partner to involve before a software purchase, during a major systems change, or when a workflow keeps breaking. Our Technology Partner Program fills that role: advice, vendor evaluation, implementation, and company intelligence that develops as we work together.
Will you join software demos and help us evaluate vendors?
Yes. Joining vendor demos and helping evaluate software are part of the ongoing partnership. We help your team turn operating requirements into practical questions: how the product handles exceptions, what it connects to, what information can be exported, and what implementation involves. The aim is a decision grounded in how your company works, with someone on your side who understands the wider technology picture.
Can you support a construction ERP migration?
Yes. We work with companies through major ERP changes as part of the ongoing technology partnership. That can include evaluating fit, mapping workflows and integrations, coordinating with the vendor and your internal team, and helping plan data validation, testing, and rollout. We agree our responsibilities, the vendor’s responsibilities, and the migration scope together. The goal is to protect the operating work around the new system, not simply get software installed.
