Provider, scope, and acceptance

Ninth International LLC, doing business as AutomateBetter, is the provider of this Apps website ("we", "us", or "our"). Ninth International LLC is registered in New Hampshire. AutomateBetter is the trading name and public brand. Duplicate Attachment Finder is an AutomateBetter product for monday.com.

These Terms are the primary agreement for permitted use of the Apps website at automatebetter.ai and its informational materials. After the displayed effective date, use of the Apps website after notice of these Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the effective Terms, discontinue use. A person acting for an organization must have authority to do so.

The general website terms remain separate. These Apps Terms address the Apps website and do not revise other existing agreements. Specific written agreements, where applicable, govern the services they cover.

Website and application services

The Apps website provides product information, documentation, support contacts, and legal disclosures. Reading the website does not install software, grant access to a monday.com account, or create an application subscription.

Application installation, account authorization, and purchases, where offered, are separate processes. The relevant functionality, permissions, requirements, limits, terms, and privacy disclosures must be presented before use. Installation or purchase may require separate affirmative acceptance; these website Terms do not substitute for that process. Product information may change as features or services change.

Acceptable use and authorization

Do not send credentials or another person's confidential attachments in an ordinary support inquiry.

For any separately agreed testing, use only accounts and data you are authorized to access and follow the agreed test scope and the platform's terms. These Terms alone do not grant permission to participate in testing or access another account.

Intellectual property and website materials

Rights in software, website materials, trademarks, and third-party content remain with their respective owners, including Ninth International LLC, doing business as AutomateBetter, and its licensors where applicable. You may view the website and use its informational materials for your own evaluation and internal business purposes. Other copying, distribution, modification, or use requires permission or a right provided by applicable law.

Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to monday.com identify the platform associated with the product information and do not establish endorsement or marketplace approval. No source-code or production-software license is granted by viewing these pages.

Information you provide and privacy

You retain your rights in information you submit. Submitting an inquiry permits handling of that information as needed to respond and manage the correspondence, subject to the Applications Privacy Policy and applicable law. It does not transfer ownership of customer data or authorize access to a platform account. Do not submit information you lack permission to share.

Pricing and billing

These Terms create no payment obligation for an app. If an application is offered for a fee, the applicable price, billing mechanism, renewal, cancellation, and refund information must be presented before a customer agrees to purchase. No application purchase or subscription is established by visiting this website.

Third-party services and external links

The website may link to platforms, documentation, scheduling tools, or other third-party services. Their availability and use are governed by their own terms and practices. A link does not create a guarantee about that service or an application-service agreement between a customer and AutomateBetter.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the informational website and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free information, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of a feature. The materials do not establish a guarantee of application performance or endorsement by a marketplace. Evaluate their suitability for your circumstances. Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ninth International LLC, doing business as AutomateBetter, is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the informational Apps website, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. This provision concerns the website; it does not set commercial liability terms for a separate application service.

No monetary liability cap is established in these Terms. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, or restricts non-waivable customer rights.

Availability, suspension, and discontinuation

Governing law and disputes

Governing law: These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to the Apps website are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
