Provider and primary agreement

Ninth International LLC, doing business as AutomateBetter, is the provider of this Apps website ("we", "us", or "our"). Ninth International LLC is registered in New Hampshire. AutomateBetter is the trading name and public brand. Duplicate Attachment Finder is an AutomateBetter product for monday.com.

The shared Applications Terms of Service are the primary agreement for the current Apps website. This supplement adds only Duplicate Attachment Finder's scope and use; the shared acceptable-use, intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and governing-law provisions remain in the shared Terms.

Product scope and website use

These pages provide information about Duplicate Attachment Finder. Visiting them does not install software, authorize account access, or establish a purchase or subscription. Any separately offered application access requires terms and disclosures appropriate to the service involved.

Duplicate Attachment Finder's feature scope is SHA-256 comparison of authorized monday.com board-item attachments and grouping of byte-identical files with their source items, including matching files with different filenames. Similar-looking or edited files with different bytes are outside that scope.

Reviewing results and read-only scope

The feature scope is human review of matching attachments; it does not include automatic deletion of attachments or modification of board items. A source item does not establish which copy came first or which copy should be retained. Inaccessible attachments and failed downloads may leave a scan incomplete; an incomplete result does not establish that no duplicates exist. Review file and item context before any separate manual action in monday.com.

Descriptions of the feature scope do not guarantee complete scan coverage, support for every attachment location or file type/size, or a particular performance level. This supplement does not grant access to a test environment or establish a service-level guarantee.
